Training Schedule

One of the objectives of the Asociación de Derecho Colaborativo de Euskadi is the training of the different professionals involved in the collaborative process, as a previous and necessary step to join a list of collaborative professionals.

In this way, the Association organizes different training sessions. First through courses on the Harvard Method of Negotiation and later with the development of courses on Collaborative Law specifically.

In order to be included in the directory of Collaborative Law professionals, it will be necessary to be trained in Harvard Negotiation and Collaborative Law following the I.A.C.P. standards (in the following link, you can see the I.A.C.P. standards translated into Spanish, still pending to be adapted to our professions: I.A.C.C.P.
