Aims & Objectives

Within the aims and objectives of the Association we will find the following: 

  • Spread and promote the methodology and practice of Collaborative Law
  • Promote training and research on issues related to the Collaborative Law.
  • Grouping all professionals practicing the Collaborative Law, whatever their discipline.
  • Provide information on existing professionals Collaborative Law and specialties.
  • Develop a spirit of solidarity and cooperation among its members.
  • To promote and encourage the creation of other associations.
  • Promote with public authorities the legal and regulatory development of the Collaborative Practice.
